When You Pray, Look Up!

Ps 5:3

3 My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up.

Luke 21:28

28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."

Heb 12:2

2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

My Comments:

When praying, as conscious as I am of my position in Christ and that I'm seated with Him and in Him; I also make it a point to know exactly where and who I'm looking at to provide the answer to what I'm asking.

Consider this, that Jesus is already seated at the right hand of the Father; and that He is above everything that has a name. What this means is that whatever problem we may be facing, it's under Him. So rather than look around at the problems, look up! Look to Him, who is the source of everything good, and who never changes!

Your answer is in Him! So just lift up your heads and rejoice because your answer is right there!
